About Realities Forum
We are building Africa's largest community of purpose-driven young leaders, committed to personal development and positive impact.
Our Vision & Mission
Our Vision
To create a generation of purpose-driven African leaders who are equipped with the tools, mindset, and community to transform themselves and their societies.
Our Mission
We lead conversations on self-discovery, purpose, and personal development as tools to becoming the best version of yourself. Through our conferences, programs, and community initiatives, we empower young Africans to unlock their potential and create lasting impact.

🌍 Our Story
From a small gathering of friends to Africa's premier youth development platform
The Beginning
What began in Lomé, Togo, as a simple gathering of 50 young Africans with big dreams has today grown into a continental movement. Our convener, moved by the absence of platforms that genuinely spoke to the challenges and aspirations of Africa’s youth, envisioned a space where young people could discover their purpose, embrace self-discovery, and connect with peers equally hungry for impact. That vision gave birth to Realities Forum (RFC).
Finding Our Voice
By 2017, what started small began to grow louder. RFC hosted monthly talk shows in Lomé, attracting curious, driven young Africans eager to learn, grow, and give back. We brought in thought leaders and changemakers who challenged mindsets, stirred hope, and sparked action. Before long, Realities Forum had become a household name in Togo — a trusted platform for empowerment and authentic conversations.
Breaking Boundaries
The movement spread across borders and into universities. By 2023, RFC attracted 100 participants, energized by powerful conversations on self-discovery, purpose, and leadership. We established partnerships with universities, NGOs, and community groups, extending our impact beyond events into grassroots outreach programs.
Expanding Our Impact
RFC 2025 became a defining moment. With around 200 participants, 3 renowned speakers, and 3+ interactive workshops, the platform grew into a force for change. This year, we launched our first mentorship program and podcast series, ensuring that the conversation didn't stop when the event ended. RFC was no longer just an annual gathering, it became a year-round journey of growth and transformation.
Today, RFC stands as a beacon of hope and progress, a youth-driven movement proving that Africa’s greatest wealth lies in its people. Our story is still being written, and the best chapters are yet to come.
